Currently-enrolled students who would like to continue to attend DAA the following year must fill out and submit a Continuous Enrollment Agreement form by April 15. Pay the Re-Enrollment Fee by that day for a reduced cost; after April 15 the Re-Enrollment Fee will be $100

Ways to turn in this form:

Paying the Re-enrollment fee will give you a $25 discount on your student’s tuition.
